Frequently asked questions
Everything customers usually ask before booking a site visit.
General questions
Do you charge for the site visit?+
No, the site visit and measurement are free across every locality we cover in Bangalore. You only pay once you approve the quote.
How soon can the work be done?+
For most homes we can schedule the site visit within 24 to 48 hours, and the installation itself is usually completed the same day once you approve the quote.
Do the nets come with a warranty?+
Yes, most of our installations carry a 3 to 5 year warranty on materials depending on the service. Warranty terms are shared in writing with your quote.
Which areas of Bangalore do you cover?+
We install across all five zones of the city, from Whitefield and Sarjapur Road in the east to Kengeri and RR Nagar in the west. Check our full locality list to see if your area is covered.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash. Payment is collected only after the installation is complete and you have inspected the work.
Will the nets damage my walls or window frames?+
Our installers use minimal drilling with small anchor points wherever possible, and avoid drilling into structural slabs. Any holes are small enough to touch up with paint.
Can I get a combination of services in one visit, like balcony nets and invisible grills?+
Yes, most customers combine two or three services in a single visit. Let us know what you need when you book and we will quote for the full scope together.
How is safety net installation different from putting up a grill?+
Grills are permanent metal fixtures that block light and airflow. Safety nets and invisible grills achieve the same fall protection while keeping the space open, ventilated, and easy to remove later if needed.
Service specific questions
Will the net block my balcony view or airflow?+
No. The mesh gap is small enough for safety but the net itself is close to invisible from more than a couple of feet away, and it does not reduce airflow in any noticeable way.
Is invisible grill actually strong enough to stop a fall?+
Yes, when installed correctly with proper anchor points the wires can take well over 100 kg of pressure, which is more than enough to prevent a child or adult from falling through.
Is bird netting cruel to the birds?+
No. The net is only a physical barrier that stops birds from landing or nesting in that specific spot. It does not trap, injure, or harm birds in any way.
Which areas of the house need this the most?+
Windows, balconies, staircases, and any open duct or corridor above the second floor are the highest priority. We will point these out during the free site visit.
I already have a pigeon nest on my balcony, can you still install?+
Yes, we clear and clean the existing nesting spot first, then seal the area completely so pigeons cannot return.
Do you supply nets on rent for short term projects?+
Yes, for shorter renovation or repair jobs we offer rental pricing in addition to outright purchase.
Can this be set up on an apartment terrace?+
Yes, terrace cricket nets are one of our most requested setups in Bangalore apartments, and we design the cage to fit the available terrace space.
Can I still use the pool with the net installed?+
Yes, the net can be rolled back to one side whenever adults want to use the pool, and reset afterward in a couple of minutes.
Will this stop coconuts from damaging my car?+
Yes, this is one of the most common reasons residents install parking nets, especially in layouts with coconut trees overhanging the parking area.
Does this work for spiral staircases too?+
Yes, we custom cut the mesh to follow the curve of a spiral staircase so the coverage stays continuous with no gaps.
Is this different from a regular balcony net?+
Yes, monkey safety nets use a thicker mesh and stronger anchor points since monkeys are far more persistent and physically stronger than birds or pets.
Does this damage or restrict the tree?+
No, the net is rigged around the canopy using anchor points that do not restrict the tree's growth or require harming the trunk or branches.
